    Florida conditions we actually plan for

    Florida heat and afternoon rain shrink the paving window. Base and grade have to be right before the truck arrives, or the mat fails at the edge. We walk the base before we book the pour.

    Drainage and site conditions should be understood before a driveway or paved area is resurfaced or rebuilt.

    Common questions

    Do you pave over a bad base?

    No. Grade and base get confirmed on the walk. If the base is not ready, we say so.

    Is this only driveways?
