How a job runs
- Measure existing openings or mark new ones on an addition or rebuild.
- Remove old units or cut and frame new openings.
- Set windows and doors, flash, and seal to the wall.
- Finish interior and exterior trims so the opening is closed in.
Florida conditions we actually plan for
Florida openings fail at flashing and at the tie-in to stucco or siding. We set the unit and close the exterior so water does not enter the wall - the same rule on an addition shell and on a replacement.
Common questions
Do you only replace windows, or can you add openings?
Both. Replacement in existing walls, and new openings when a room addition is framed.
Do you need photos before a quote?
No. A walkthrough or measurements on site is enough. Send photos if you already have them.
Why are there no window photos on this page?
We have not posted 305UGC window stills yet. The addition project on Our Work shows how openings are set in a shell.
